The short version
GymSync is a static web app. Everything it does happens in your browser, on your own device. It has no server, no accounts, and no analytics.
What data is stored
- Your name, entered during onboarding or in the Profile tab.
- Your workout history: completed workouts, streaks, and stats.
All of this is saved only in your browser’s local storage on the device you are using. It is never sent to any server, because there is no server to send it to.
Deleting your data
The “Reset All Data” button in the Profile tab permanently clears your name, stats, and workout history from the device. Clearing your browser’s site data does the same.
Cookies and tracking
GymSync sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts, so there is no cookie consent banner to show. Your data stays where you put it: on your device.
